We accept returns of unopened, sealed socks within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.
Once the seal is broken, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or if the item is not as described.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from the UK via Royal Mail. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and tracking options which will be shown at checkout.
How should I wash my socks?
For best results, wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid tumble drying to keep your socks soft, vibrant, and long-lasting.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders usually arrive in 1–3 working days from dispatch. International delivery times vary by country (Europe vs outside of Europe), typically 3-7 days working days from dispatch. You’ll get tracking where available.
Will the design fade or peel off?
Nope! The design is knitted into the sock, not printed on, so it won’t peel. Just follow our care instructions to keep colours bright.
