Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, sealed socks within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.
To qualify for a return:

The socks must be in their original packaging, unopened, and sealed.

You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the seal is broken, returns are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect.
To start a return, please contact us at onlysocks97@gmail.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your socks are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed socks due to hygiene.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
